Dummy clips, teethers (Not personalised) and pram charms are free delivery. All other items are a flat rate of £3 to the uk.

our products are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Tracked and signed delivery.  we aim to dispatch orders within two working days if purchased before 2pm. (This is not guaranteed just what we aim for). This applies Monday - Friday. For orders placed over the weekend, these will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Upgrade

We offer a next day delivery service on all items if buying from the UK. Please select from the options at checkout. This service is only available on orders placed before 2pm Mon - Fri. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays the items will be sent out on the next working day.

*Items with a value of £6 or below are not sent tracked and will be sent by Royal Mail first class standard post.

We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy if you aren't completely satisfied with your product. We do not offer returns or refunds for any personalised items as they have been handmade to your specifications.

 

If you receive a damaged or faulty item we will replace it for you providing it has not been used.  Under these circumstances Twinkle Star Baby will cover the return postage, including return postage to you.  Please email contact@twinklestarbaby.co.uk to arrange a return. Please include your order number and name.

Should you change your mind upon receiving any non-personalised item, you are able to return the product. However, customers are responsible for the return postage and packaging costs.

* All returns must be received within the 14-Day period of You receiving your item.

* For international returns you have a 21-Day period to return the items as they can sometimes take longer to arrive.
